• Auction and Gala, Saturday, April 26th. @ The Embassy Suites Hotel. Leave the kids at home and enjoy a night of music and libations at Horizons annual fundraiser. Enjoy an amazing raffle, silent auction, teacher experience drawings, and paddle raisers. This event raises money for our unique programming. Get your tickets now!

• Raising Balanced Children in the Digital Age, Monday, April 28th 6:30-8:30, Join us for an informative talk on raising children in the digital age, presented by guest speaker Michal Vladeck. RSVP

• Coffee Connections Banned Book Club Meeting, May 2nd 8:30-10. Join us to chat about out offerings from this year and LAST year. 

• Faculty and Staff Appreciation Week, Monday May 5th-Friday May 9th. If we each sign up to bring one thing, we can help make this teacher appreciation week a smashing success! Sign up here

• Bring your Favorite Dish to Council, Thursday, May 8th 5-5:30, Council 5:30-7:30. Join your community for some food before our last Council meeting. This meeting is where the Council budget gets approved and we vote for our Board Members. Sign up here

• Plant Sale, Friday, May 9th 11-2. Come get your starts for the gardening season. Veggie and Flower Starts, Houseplants, Seeds, and Trees!!! 25% comes back to Horizons. Sign up to volunteer here.

• Spring Clothing Swap, Friday May 16th 12-2. Get ready to clean out those closets and exchange the too-small stuff for some just-right stuff that is free, new to you and friendly to the environment. Childrens and adult sizes welcome. Please donate items free of holes and stains. Sign up to volunteer here.

• End of Year All School Picnic, Thursday May 22nd 12-2. Please join us for our end of year celebration! Bring watermelon and fresh fruit to share. Please bring your lunch or purchase pizza. Say goodbye to departing families, visit with the horizons community, make plans to connect, and wish everyone a happy summer. See you there!!
